At present, Guang Ya Research Institute has more than 100 in-service research & development personnel, including 3 experts and consultants who are professors from Central South University, 6 masters graduated from Central South University, 1 professor-level senior engineer, 2 senior engineers, 10 engineers, covering the research & development, production, and other process steps. The members of the research & development team have been engaged in casting and extrusion, design and manufacturing of aluminum profile mold, surface treatment of aluminum profile, and aluminum alloy for a long time.
